It's not an accent he's attempting...he's obviously trying to impersonate Morgan Freeman....and doing it badly.

oh .... my mom's was a rednecks redneck. There no harm in being a redneck , just as long as one keeps ones actions from cruelty and practices kindness, and compassion. I guess the common belief is that a redneck can not really be a redneck if you are practicing those virtues, you know that's not true but I'm cheating because when someone else says it it probably doesn't mean what I mean.
before I go to the store and enjoy a walk in the evening air, I want to shout out to all the men and women fighting the forest fires. thank you all for using your skills , acumen , bravery, and hard hard work and risking your lives.
I also need to thank all the medical workers and those that do the cleaning, and do the cleaning and do the cleaning, Doctors, Nurses, interns , all the support, staff at Highland Hospital Oakland California, thank you for risking your lives every minute of every day fighting this invisible fire. Blessings Be upon you.

Yeah that was a waste of a instrument for sure. At least it was not a Gibson, for what that.is worth. Ryan from 60 cycle hum a couple yrs back kept testing case drops with an Epiphone Les Paul SL until it finally was splintered to bits. Even if this guitar was a beater or the neck was not perfect it could have been stripped of any good parts. Its a waste. Not to go tree hugging (which I am not) a tree somewhere was cut down to make this guitar just to end up as a target also a waste of resources..

I did, and agree with with most of the criticisms. It's just that I am not a great fan of relics. The best looking relics can be beautiful copies, done with a huge amount of skill, knowledge, feeling and aesthetic correctness, most of the Fender attempts don't look much better than what this guy is taking the mickey outta.
His accent is on the same level as his relicing skill, so therefore totally appropriate.

It's not even a fake Gibson, the cutaway is all wrong.

Thanks. I knew he wasn't authentic but I could quite place it.

His groupings kinda suck as well.

If that " good ol' boy" thinks he's fooling other folk about being a redneck, he lost it with his command of the computer a few seconds in with the name and stop sign.
I could not stand it that so I watched again. We are not that stupid here.

This. If I"m not mistaken, he was recently scammed by them...

That said, I wish he wouldn't have published this as it takes away from his generally good video content.

I have more respect for Morgan Freeman. See his portrayal of Nelson Mandela in "Invictus" the film. Mandela actually nominated Freeman for the role and they became good fiends on nightly walks after supper.

Mostly took it as pay back to someone who wronged his daughter and stole his tools.
    Am I wrong?

I wonder if all that lead lightened up the Les Paul. I mean, it could have.
