    The world is your oyster!
Don't bog down on the glass being half full,
cuz even if it's all the way full, it's still just
a selfishly small portion of the entire universe
    that's at your fingertips.

Push the lighting guy to finish up so we can raise the truss,
set up the stage and get the hell outa here!

We've got some recording to do!

Get a low volume tube amp...1 watt....us eyour pedals and commit to a great sound...like said above don’t be afraid to commit on the way in...until what the 90s, That was standard practice....get a good sound with a good mic and decent preamp, then print. But.....split the signal and have one dry going direct to the DAW so you can have your cake and eat it too....

Current choice point: Line 6 Helix Stomp OR Two Notes Torpedo CAB IR + some sort of a preamp. Option 2 will be cheaper, but option 1 may be funner (with some extra effects, etc.) -- anyone else have these two (or either)?

id run your board direct into the interface. Ableton can load IRs but their amps are pretty bland. also if your a helix fan you could try the helix native and that would probly cover about anything you needed without any new hardware.

I agree and still use a Pod 2.0 for recording.
