I fished for small panfish daily when I was a kid (8 years old) in Myrtle Beach, SC.
We lived on the USAF base, and I fished in the “duck pond”.
I caught sunfish (Bluegill), bass and catfish.
My Mom cleaned and fried em’ up for me every time, in addition to making a normal (great) dinner.
Bluegill tasted best.
I loved to fish, and I had great loving parents.
I was blessed!
