Yeah to right! you really need to be carefull and not get caught up in the bidding!

Just watching a couple of pickups on there at the moment.

i got a neck and tuners from the stratosphere and they were great. near me too, so shipping was really quick and i think they require signature on everything, which is a good safe thing for ebay sellers to be doing

I have spent thousands of dollars over the past 3 years with the statosphere...they have always been prompt, and easy to deal with....that said, their Buy It Now items can border on highway robbery!! I would absolutely reccommend them....just pick a price you wont go over, and dont go over it...

    Update:

    I have found a listing for a Fender 52RI bridge which measures 7.29k for £46.00 ($74.81).

So a call to the experts out there - does this look like a genuine 52 RI or not?
and is that a resonable price?

    Thanks

There might be a way to search for TELECASTER PARTS and then filter out sellers with low ratings. Or maybe searching stores for TELECASTER PARTS. I'm not really sure if those two ways are easy to configure in the search engine.

    Good idea, thanks.
I do though prefer personal recomendations, especially with things like ebay.

+1 on what has been reported for Stratosphere. I've made several purchases from them and have been pleased every time. And I also reiterate the pick a price and stick to it mantra. They sell so much there will soon be another you can bid on.

I might be working something out with them shortly.
I asked him a question about combined shipping, he  and said they were phasing that out on ebay sales and suggested I buy directly from the store.
Where of course they have "we will ship your complete order with one shipping charge"

And I thought ebay suggested against that.

That does look like an authentic pickup, but I think you can do better price-wise. Keep on the look out on eBay and you'll find a good deal. A good strategy is not to pay the buy-it-now unless it's an incredible find that won't come around again. These are not rare pickups, and if you can wait out a few auctions, you'll see what the real going price is, and can bid appropriately.

    Good luck.

I received my brand new Highway One Tele neck from them last week. The neck was exactly as described and in the photos. The packaging was very good...over sized, stiff poster tube and bubble wrapped.

I tried talking to a Fender rep at NAMM one time about replacing my broken Fender neck and it would have been a major hassle to try and convince them of selling me another. And, they would have charged quite a bit for it.

The STRATosphere is no hassle and I had a great experience. The prices are pretty reasonable considering what the new guitars cost. They are certainly no more than what Fender would have charged me.
