Real custom shop tele?

    Ask for the serial number and check out the Specs with Fender customer services ... Genuine seller shouldn't object.... Elsewise, looks like plenty of detail and I've Sen the Art Espanza stamp before.

    It's either legit or a very sophisticated fake. I'm betting on legit, but check with Fender if you have a reason to be doubtful.

    The stamps would suggest that is one of early custom shop

    I'm going with early, real. I have some of the same stamps on my early logo CS.

    Early Custom Shop. 12" board radius, Dunlop 6100 Frets, Burgundy Mist Peg, Art Esparza later became a Master Builder and built a MB tele for me in 97. Looks like it was made for American Music. I'd say it's "real"!
