We’ve had a few days this week close to the 60’s and fairly calm. Kinda perked up my mood and ambition not wanting to sit inside after work, not having the desire to bum around with the constant doom and cold gloom. Felt good to sit outside for a change with my two German shepherds and let them play outside and run out the cabin fever. We will be on the verge of rainy season in the Midwest but I’ll take that over the cold and snow any day.

Some of you may not live in a place where you have seasons like some of us but I do think it plays a role on your mood ect.

I think weather has a big influence on one's mood. After being stationed outside of North Pole, Alaska a couple of years, I saw many people suffer with SAD Syndrome.
You aren't alone in thinking winter is cold, dark, and monotone blah OP. Every year I can't wait for spring and to hear the birds sing again. Bring on bright blue sky and warm days, I am more than ready.

We got hit with a pretty good winter storm yesterday. There were some whiteout conditions and many car accidents. The wind chill got down to -10 last night. Woke up today, there is about 3 to 4 inches of snow on the ground. It's sunny and a warm 44 degrees now. The snow is melting fast. It's March in Michigan. We're ready for spring but we know winter isn't done with us yet.

We've had a mild winter temperature wise but have had a fair bit of snow. Last night we had our worst snowstorm of the year, with about a foot of the stuff coming down. We even had thundersnow (seriously, that's a thing...look it up).

So yeah, I'm ready for warmer weather.

I’m in the Denver area and it’s been a cold, snowy winter. That makes for good skiing up in the mountains, but I’m a little tired of it down here at home. I’d like to be able to bike to work more regularly again. But it’s starting to warm up.
