Rattle Can and Dish Soap

    Found another effect while surfing youtube...lay down a base coat...break out the dish soap and pour your design...let set for about ten minutes so the soap can flow/level out ...then spray top coat...let top coat dry for about ten minutes and then rinse off the soap...

    One thing I learned...it doesn't take a lot of soap.

    I like it, tiger stripes would look cool too using orange and black, maybe even white highlights to get it looking closer to the real thing. A cowhide look would be cool on a tele.

    The yellow and black one makes me think of a salamander’s markings. That’s really cool!

    We used to do the soap trick painting designs on surfboards. I don’t know why I never thought of mentioning it here.

    Cool tip and it couldn’t be easier to do.
