Just a Samsung cellphone. Cellphones have pretty good cameras and editing software these days. And it's convenient because pics are automatically saved to a place (your cellphone) where it is easy and quick to post a photo to the web or send it by email or text.

iPhone 12 Pro and since a few weeks iPhone 16 pro. I always go for the pro version since it’s my substitute for an actual camera.

$70, Samsung Galaxy Android,
I buy one every two years. Good enough for me

- and I do EVERYTHING on this phone ( just works better for me than laptop or old desktop)

I was sitting in a room, 18 months ago, watching, as my friend enjoyed a 4-way zoom call, with his wife and two kids. We were in central Scotland. His wife was in Stockholm, his daughter in Mostar and son in Auckland.
When I got home, I recounted this story, to a salesman at Tesco, who sold me the cheapest phone which offered this functionality- a bottom of the range Samsung. Every picture I put up, was taken with that. I don't crop, or otherwise edit them. They are just meant to be snapshots of my day.
I often see things which I might like to share......but my camera can't capture the scene, effectively. I'm happy with that compromise; dragging a lot of lenses and tripods around would kill spontaneity and I doubt that my skills would get the best out of an elaborate rig, anyway.
