I feel your pain, I dislocated my knee three weeks ago and tentatively am moving around again, I hate being laid up. Again all the best with your recovery. 😎
Thanks. It's been exactly a week and this morning I walked on it with no serious pain, I've been doing every home remedy I know to get the swelling down and get healed up. I suspect it's going to be completely healed up soon

The smallest Sycamore...
Sycamores were introduced to Britain at least 500 years ago (some even maintain they were brought over by the Romans!), and made themselves at home right away. They can reach a hundred feet tall, live for 400 years old, and are often regarded as pests just because they will grow anywhere... but a mature Sycamore is a majestic sight, and a whole ecosytem in its own right.
This Spring seedling, straight out of its 'helicopter' seedcase, has a way to go yet
