Probably the nicest small pair of pliers/ side cutters that I own. Spring loaded, with a wonderfully light action. 'Kaytule' brand......made by J.S. Key and Co., in Birmingham UK. Late '30s/early '40s, perhaps?

I don't feel so self conscious now about posting so many pics of Flash, Ava, and now Buddy.
Owls are my favorite bird. With my granddaughter at a falconry display today. I''ve seen barn owls in the wild, but not close up at one of these shows and was amazed by the silent flight and incredible detail on the plumage.

That is absolutely hilarious to me. I used to whisper that to my first wife sometimes, or write it on the bathroom mirror with soapstone or a China marker, her lipstick, whatever. My daughter is painting her apartment

I was born and raised and spent the first 49 years of my life near there.Precisely correct, from my hotel room window in Midvale.
Mount Olympus on the left, I have climbed it five times.Sunrise over the Wasatch.
