I like sauteed onions with kraut also. I like just about anything on a dog except mayo.

I love chili dogs with mustard and onions, but there isn't anything in a can that's even remotely close to a decent chili sauce. You have to make that stuff yourself. It starts with potato masher. You don't brown the meat. If you do it right, you can turn the chili dog upside down without anything falling off.
That I have not seen!
Canned chili though aint it...

@telemnemonics I used to frequently eat lunch at Yosties Chili Parlor before it permanently closed. One of the things I remember owner Gary Yost routinely saying to new customers was, "It's the only chili dog you can eat upside down!"

How'd you make that two tone slide?
Might be something like this.

Late night visitor. Finally have an explanation for the huge piles of earth inside my shed last year, peanuts disappearing overnight, lack of hedgehogs, rapidly emptying water bowl just out side the back gate and the garden PIR security light coming on apparently at random. His diet is 80% earth worms so I guess the poor little bugger’s really hungry at the moment. Don’t want to encourage him into the garden so will buy some wet dog food and put it out last thing with the water. He needs help.
