Good one .My fingernails are also pretty good at cutting packaging tape unless it’s reinforced ,in which case my house key chews through

I thought this was a new take on:

Peter Piper Picked a Peck of Pickled Peppers

OK, I'm going now.

If I was at my workbench working on an amp I would have all the necessary tools within a hands reach....;):D

sharp chisels/blades open plastic bags,too...

I get the guys method and will probably give it a go... I've learned it's easier to tackle modern plastic packaging with a blade of some sort....:)

I mean.. if he was a guitar player he would be protecting the nails on his playing hand and the other hand would have no nails long enough to tackle a plastic parts bag....:D:lol:

:D.... old metal worker here..... before I populated that folded metal chassis, I would be all over it with a flat file taking off all sharp edges, burrs, sharp corners, etc....;)
I worked in a low budget factory for years. The few tools they provided for us served more purposes than they were designed for. At my workspace I would have used my needle nose pliers or putty knife to poke through the baggie.
