I like playing Classic Country & Honky Tonk, are there Traditional Country loops available in Garage Band? Both bass & drums?

There's enough to get you going, although depending on bass loops is likely to be limiting. As your skills progress, you might want to look toward slicing 'n' dicing loops to get your own patterns, and using MIDI loops you can rearrange to your liking in the edit window. In fact, for bass, writing your own country lines in MIDI isn't hard at all — write your verse, write your chorus, copy and paste.

I just googled "country drum loops garageband" and found a bunch ... no idea of relative quality, though.
