I looked at them, and they have the right specs to push my buttons- vintage frets, icanlivewith9.5radiusalthoughidprefer7.25, a workable bridge, I'd buy one for the right price for sure! :)

Depends if you like skinny necks

If you don’t mind possibly getting a pretty skinny neck then I’d say go for it

I have a regular vm jag that doesn’t get much use because of that fact

Maybe the binding on these 70’s ones adds a little shoulder

Dig around the offsetguitars.com for more info, but the general opinion is very positive, similar to this forum's opinion on Classic Vibe Teles.

I pulled the trigger on the Classic Vibe Jaguar LE. It sounds and plays fantastically. The finish is flawless and there are no issues with the frets. Something new to me and fun. Lots of sounds available from those Alnico pickups. The color is Daphne Blue, the fret board is Indian Laurel.

General Lee is comfortable with it.

General MacArthur seems to think it's a bit of a yawner.

That's the way it's meant to be! I grew up in Fullerton and never, ever, ever, saw a Jaguar without the full block pearl inlays, never saw one with dot inlays. It's just not done in polite society.

    Cool!

Does the trem arm stay where you put it? As in it doesn’t swing freely

I’ve never been able to get those arms to stay put on those cheaper units (without tricks)
Maybe they’ve actually made them better

    So far. It's fairly tight.
