Maybe this will work...
Re: Ok, finally....
I bet you have great Vibrato
Well I've been on here forever, but I don't post that often. I love reading the stuff on here though. Anyway, he's the only pic I have on my computer with me and a tele.
Two pictures of me!
Wonder what Lenny's drunken message was...the mind boggles!
I don't post here much, but I might as well join in. Doesn't seem to be too many girls around here.
I'm the brunette.
And here's the Tele (Nashville Deluxe)
A new and better Tone
Fuzzy I don't know if you have the time to update pictures? - if so here is a more recent and better image of me.
It's amazing how those "blues faces" come on you even when you are tuning up!
Pretty sure that I haven't posted my pic yet?
Not my favorite pic of myself, but the only digital one that I could find with a guitar ('71 D-18) and I'm too lazy to scan a 'real' photo.
From my almost latest gig... I'm on the left...
Can't really see my face, but the tele is there!
Thanks for the welcome.
I've been playing guitar since I was a kid and using a Tele for the last 5 years. It's a 3 colour sunburst American Standard with a maple neck and black scratchplate, and I plug it into an Orange AD30HTC and 2x12 Orange cab.
I'm currently playing guitar in a band in Gloucestershire UK, covering music by The Clash, The Ramones & Blondie amongst others.
I absolutely love my Tele, the shape, sound and playability is fantastic for me. It's no wonder so many female guitarist chose them!
Glad to be chatting about them to other smitten folk.
It takes two to Tango
One is the Telecaster and the other is a photo of you..preferably with it !!
Rachel, we are photo junkies here !!
How do I post a pic, does it have to be from a web site or can it be off my computer?
Basically, in order for your picture to be available online all the time, you need to have the picture stored on a live server on the Internet. There are several free hosts around, though some are better than others. It is possible that your ISP account will allow you to upload pictures for storage.
In order to get them to display on a TDPRI post, you need code that points to the storage location of that picture:
Your picture is obviously going to have a very different location than mine. You just have to be sure that you have enclosed the location with the HTML Tag of:
This is the simplest method of posting a picture. The other thing to know is that you should not exceed a pixel size of 400 in either direction. Many image viewing programs allow you to resize the picture and then save a new smaller version (be careful not over write the original that you might want to keep). Then you find the service that will allow you to upload the picture from your harddrive, to the picture host server.
If you need some more elaborate discussion about posting pictures on TDPRI, follow this link:
I have sent you the instructions via P.M.
Thanks for all your help.
Love that pinstriping!
Hey, I know you...Hideout Inn in Chicago!!
Did this work???
