My wife and I decided to buy some shoe organizers. We saw this and decided to get a bunch..
    40C2E80D-A631-4DDB-8BC5-C1FEA67D635D.jpeg

Received it today. Decided to build a few and voila! EF825264-BA0F-4457-89BC-C2AF5709108E.jpeg

I wear a size 10.5 shoe and it cannot even fit one!

On the website it clearly describes US15 as a suitable size:

I sent an email to customer service with that exact picture!

That's definitely not fit for purpose. They have advertised and sold a shoe organiser that can not take adult shoes. It looks like it's for juniors and infants.

That looks more like a small parts storage system to me.
The front doors are different looking to the ones pictured too.

They will probably get back to you with a offer of 20% off like that's going to make it somehow usable to you.:D

I ordered a rugged all black phone case and a bright purple one of a totally different look and construction arrived yesterday. They offered me the discount. I replied saying its the ugliest trash case ive ever seen and its going in the bin if they don't cover return shipping.

I'm covered by ebay but that doesn't stop the seller from dragging it out and wasting days messaging back and forth to fix their obvious stuff up.

OP, that's terrible. Get your money back and get something like @oatsoda had bought.

I had that one made at a local cabinet shop to fit on top of my pine ikea dresser. Drawer on top holds all my shoe care stuff, nice.

My wife had a shoe system I needed to put together. When we opened the box it equated to a cardboard grid system decorated to look like wood. I showed her your first picture, sucked her right in.

Those shoes look giant,,, with thick soles like hiking boots...

Haha! Those shoes are my rain/hiking shoes. “Hoka One One” is the brand.

One pair of leather shoes that I don’t wear much does fit but a very tight fit.

Only slim shoes fit but not my “normal shoes”.

Yes! I sent an email requesting for a refund. Hopefully they will refund my purchase.. I normally have good luck and judgement when buying things online but not this time!

I’m not sure a frozen potato could fit into that orifice.

I don't need a shoe organiser. I just call my sister over. She even stacks the toilet paper in my bathroom cabinet.;)
