Yep - you really need to get good at searching to get anything out of this forum. There's pure gold out there, but everybody's interested in something else so you have to search for what you need to find it.

For instance - in this thread http://www.tdpri.com/forum/tele-home-depot/157004-printable-guitar-template-pdf.html check out post #25 and #28 - if you can infer how to make the neck from there you are ready to make one.

There are free cad drawings and pdf's all over the Internet for most factory built guitars. Spend some time looking and you'll find all kinds of info out there.
