I got a non-functioning Princeton Chorus w 2x10's for 50 bucks with the notion of gutting it. The inner dimensions is 20 3/4 so neither a Regualr Princeton chassis or say a Deluxe Reverb chassis will fit. I have a buddy in Colorado who is a welder who I could get to plasma cut a chassis down for me, but he's about to have open-heart surgery.
The chassis that it came with is fairly useless. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    1. Use a smaller chassis and fill the empty space with a custom faceplate that extends beyond the chassis ends.

    2. Use black-painted or tolex-covered wood filler blocks.

I put a Super Champ XD chassis in a wider cab with the #2 method, looks OK.

It's a bit like the tail wagging the dog, the PC is a particle board cab, nothing wrong with that tone wise, but hmmmm.. Yeah maybe just put a Princeton Rev chassis in there...

Wait... isnt a Bassman chassis 20.75 wide? Build something in a Bassman chassis! They are available on Ebay cheap.

I'll have to look in to that. I was going to get one of the cheaper princeton chassis you see on ebay anyhow.

I could always cut it down into a head cab.
