    Thanks for the finishing tips on the V. Did you shoot a nitro finish or something else? Either way I love the colour you got it looks killer.

    I just bought a kit yesterday from precision. I ordered mine without the cavities or tuner holes drilled so I can a littel more flexibility in how i build it up.

    Nitro Watcos lacquer to be exact but if you can get Behlens instrument lacquer. Its nitro also but builds quicker and is more durable.

    try not to wipe wet glue with a damp rag. Doing this can spread the glue, and ruin
    subsequent finish. If you have squeeze-out, let it partially dry, then scrape off with a
    razor blade or sharp chisel. This method works very well. Just my .02.

    Thanks Flakey, I just discovered this. And for sharing all your steps and materials. This was a really good and enjoyable thread to follow. Your Jr turned out great. Nice job.
