This morning's choice.
Where I used to work, a coworker started bringing a grinder and fresh roated beans, ... and after a few years of us getting used to good coffee we convinced our director to let us buy a Technivorm drip coffee maker for the team. Even the VP thought it was a great idea. (Engineers run on coffee.)
From a small town bookstore, a gift from my sister several years ago.
In grammar school the kids used to make one of these each year. Our daughter made this one a few months after we rescued Chester. He was about 1.5 then and is 7 now.
Where did the time go? We have several from each kid and when we drop one (mug, not kid) I want to cry. They’re in HS now so no more new homemade mugs that make us smile each morning. Poor Luna the pandemic puppy (we rescued her at 9 weeks) won’t get a mug I guess.

A favorite of Mrs. SS. A gift from one of her coworkers.
Already posted JB's Esquire, here's the rest of my collection.
Panther City is another nickname for Fort Worth, and the name of one of my bands...
I don't know that I'd call any coffee mug "awesome." Quite a few here look good to me, quite a few of them you couldn't pay me to take, and a few actually inspire "mug envy." But a mug that inspires awe? I wouldn't go that far.
But I have a coffee mug that I use every day, except when on camping trips. I've had it for so many years I can't remember when I got it. It's really a hefty mug, and certainly does the job...
Oh, man love that stuff, it's sooooo gooooood
