Most of my guitars live in the music room, but I have been keeping my Tele and an amp in the office/workout room lately, for ease of songwriting.
Pictured is my only Tele, a 2004 MIM Standard Telecaster.
That odd piece of furniture there is the creation of a local amp builder, Danny Matthews.
It's a tube for tube, circuit for circuit re-creation of the fabled Marshall 18w 1x12. Killer great amplifier!!
Cool thread. And I'm glad to see Peavey and VOX amps so well represented here. I used to have a 1984 Bandit 65, and I loverd the full-throated beefy sound it gave my teles. Sadly/Ironically, the Bandit was stolen. (It's a long story, and besides, I've told it before.)
Anymore, I almost never plug a tele into anything but one of my three VOX Pathfinder 15Rs. The first pic above shows the three 15Rs with my then four Logan Custom teles. That was 2012. In 2019, I got one more Logan tele, my Firecaster II (also a long story which I've told before). So the second pic is of that tele with one of my Pathfinders. If forced at gunpoint to name my favorite tele + amp rig, that's it in the second pic.
