Post a song by a Nineties artist whom you feel has been deeply forgotten.

Gonna begin with Shawn Colvin. Sunny Came Home is a good song, but that's about it. She actually did a covers album called Cover Girl that included covers of songs by Bob Dylan, Sting, Talking Heads and Tom Waits, among others. It's a shame she never got the recognition as say, Sarah McLachlan or Sheryl Crow.

My friend Ginny has seen Shawn Colvin in concert 5 times.

But if you want to post a song from a forgotten Nineties act, do it here.

I'm not sure I can think of a better example of a tortured artist, Greg Dulli and yet, nobody knows him.

Every night I spent in that bed with you facing the wall
If I could have only once heard you scream
To feel you were alive
Instead of watching you abandoning yourself
Baby you can open your eyes now

A band you've new heard of, Jellyfish.
I'm not normally a "pop" music fan. But Jellyfish's '93 album "Split Milk" blew me away, and still does, easily one of my three favorite albums of the decade...and one of the best produced albums I own.
I even tracked down the "Stack-A-Tracks" version which is their two albums minus vocals. Saw them perform the album live, the last time I saw a band play an album live that well live was Rush...which they're nothing like style wise.

Great band, great musicians, wrong look at the wrong time...grunge era.
