got beat to it
Believe me, I have seen that a hundred times at my front window!! I had to quit throwing corn to them, they would be on the front porch. Surprised they never figured out the doorbell,,,
My daughter and me at Meteor Crater, a little road trip in July.
Yes this is a proper dive bar
It's way off the beaten path but I found it pretty impressive to visit. In the grand scheme of things it's not even that big of an impact crater but it still made me feel small!
Not a picture, but a gif file.
She's saying, "The cold never bothered me anyway."
Yes, I like cartoons.
Love it...this one's an oldie but a goodie...
I gave my daughter the choice between Meteor Crater and Riordan Mansion. She's kind of a science geek, so she picked the crater. It was fun, but very warm (about 90 degrees at 10 in the morning).
More pix of her please!
Her name is Stellar.
...and she is, too! Thanks for the pix, Bill.
Musta been one hell of an impact, eh? Was it worth the trip? I want to see it - probably easier than getting to Tunguska.
I wouldn't make it a destination, but if you are in the Flagstaff area, it's one of many places you can see, such as Sunset Crater, Walnut Canyon, Wupatki, Snow Bowl, Grand Falls.
