I like their energy. Very few bands have it.

They may be liars but I think they're coming from a reely, reely good place...

Yeah, they toured through here a few weeks ago and played at our local outdoor venue at 3 below zero.

    Generation Zero?

Actually they likely could have asked Woodstock attendees if they were there to see Tomato Zoom Bear Skin and got the same responses.

Yeah, he did say at the beginning that all but one band was made up. I didn't have the energy or inclination to Google all the names to find out which one

... and I'm definitely not hip enough to know off the top of my head.

Well, I'm not hip. You could just be well informed. I think I quit listening to new music in 1978.

its a funny skit but thats all it is. Notice how you dont see the interviewers face? The real questions/bands are edited out, and they overdub the fake bands. they are responding to questions about real bands.

It proves one thing - dumbasses usually look like dumbasses, so you can avoid them by paying attention. Is it 1967 again?

I think what this really shows is how useless "man in the street" interviews are, because people will say whatever it is they think will get them on TV.
