I know there's ax fx 3 and Kemper and a gang of others flooding the market.
How ever , the question is how much tone can you get for $129.99?
    Take a listen.

I had one for a while when they came out. I didn't have the patience to tweak it so gave it to a friend. It was a fun little practice amp and easy to use for youtube videos etc if you just used the built in sims.

I was/am an early adopter of the Pod, pod 2, Flextone 2 amps etc.

When they were first intrioduced I thought the pocket pod was going to be great. I was allowed to demo one for a weekend from my local music shop, long story short, I thought it was terrible and only as good sounding as the equivelent at the time Korg, Pandora etc.

I got one a few years ago second hand. It's a great little unit. Yes the UI isn't the best and there are better sounds out now but it's perfectly usable for practice or demo recording, etc.
