    Is poasting a toast/poach hybrid?

"Stalking the wild Gibson, the hunter brings it home for toasting, his prefer method of preparation. Gibson hunters seldom eat the instrument raw."

I'm curious how much this weighs. The lightest guitar I have played was an SG.

Its a gag pic, I sold my Angus Young SG about 8 months ago and have been selling gear I don't use. It was a one piece lightweight body and probably around 6.5 pounds. I've only got a heavy 2011 traditional les paul left that's a Gibson. The old Greco on the right plays better.

I think this is a 2004. One quibble. The height adjustment screw on the bass side of the neck pickup has become disengaged so that side of the pickup is loose and flopping around. It looks to me that to fix it I have to undertake a semi major operation. Remove bridge, and therefore mess with its setup when putting it back, take off pickguard, and possibly mess with the pickup screws/settings for the other screws. So, I’ve been lazy and lived with it.

    Cheers,
    Geoff

1030891-01.jpeg This is my 2011 Classic Custom with a baked maple fretboard. I know it's AUTHENTIC because the nut pings when I tune it (which is often as the G string doesn't like being looked at) and the finish is not flawless. To be fair it's not too bad, but it's not my number 1 despite it costing more than my other 4 guitars combined.

That SG does actually exist. Trogly did a video with that horrible abomination.

I have three and they are all in terrible cosmetic condition. The ES-295 sounds fantastic, the two acoustics are cheap student-level guitars that sound like ummmm.... student-level guitars. I think all are from the 50s, and I have a total of $710 invested in all 3.

What's that plate under the bridge pickup on the ES for? I'm not sure I've ever seen that before.
