More Cavs going through an Alter Ego x4 directly into my iPad.

I bet that is one devestating strat! Very nice tune BTW! Some righteous twang taking place.

Any Tele player owes it to themselves to check them out!

Here’s another one - again all the guitars are Variax, but it was the Tele sound used on this recording (all the solos) which persuaded me to buy a real Tele... I dubbed a real bass (my Squier Affinity P-Bass) on this one, and the drums are played ‘sort of’ live on the iPad. Plus if you stick it out till the end you get to hear me singing...

I don't normally record, but here's a few things I work on from time to time. Bluegrass (played slow), swampy blues, Soul / R&B, and country / rockabilly.

Bill Cheatham, on a Martin D18

The rest of these are on my 6120, with T-Armond pickups. Fender, or Allen amp, can't be sure. Reverb and harmonic tremolo are from the just-completed ReVibe, and ... well, let's just say I couldn't get enough tremolo there for a while. Sorry.

Oh, and most everything comes with clams and noodles.

    Bobby Womack's I'm In Love

    Scratch My Back

    Some fingerpicked rockabilly-ish thing

Man, I just love this! I especially dig the way you use the selector switch to make the harmonics pop. You really have an incredible touch and control of the instrument. I’m going to have to try that harmonic trick!

Plus, that composition is just beautiful!

Beautiful playing! But I found that hacked up control plate VERY distracting. All kinds of good things going on under there...

Dude, you crushed it! Other than the tv suit and his antics, you were the star of that show...

That's some excellent playing. I especially like those harmonics you're putting in...you make it look so easy.

I can't really remember which guitars I used on this but the solo is without a doubt my "Son of Fido" self made SG.

I used my Digitech Trio Band Creator pedal for the drum line and Vox AC30 and Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier amp emulation on my Mustang I v.2. Guitar is a Gretsch G2622:

Here's one more, a fingerstyle thing called Milwaukee Blues, in Drop D, on my Washburn parlor.

Last one for now... some open E finger picking (nowhere near as difficult as it sounds..!), double-tracked, then overdubbed with Mellotron (M3000 app) and synth (GarageBand built in). Yes some of the timing is a bit ropy! Might get a vocal overdub one day...

Many thx guys! Great thread! Not only for putting music but also names to faces.

Went through a quazi Dregs phase a couple years ago. This is one of the tunes bourne of that idol worship. A collaboration with an excellent fusion player up in Philly named Audrick Jankauskas

Love the low tremoloed tele part! Sounds very cool!
