    I thought about putting my hand up for mod-ship once, because I'm in a different time zone to the vast majority of you. But then I decided against it because the majority of stuff that requires moderating happens in a different time zone to me.

    Absolutely nothing against you.

    But, do we elect moderators. I've never seen any election type thing here. Do "we" have any kind of say in who the moderators are?

    What are the qualifications for being a moderator? Or are there any?:)

    If you desire to be one, great.

    After the 90 day probation period the nice bump in pay, two weeks paid vacation, full medical and dental, 401k(not to be confused with 250k or 500k) and a vehicle allowance.

    Who wouldn't want the job?:D

    Send people messages about their posts.

    Make announcements.

    They'll see your obvious talent for the job and will undoubtedly give you a position.
