With all due respect. This has to be a wind up, no-one in their right mind would need talking out of buying a Hummer, whatever the power source.

This is an easy one: You would need to upgrade your hydroelectric system to charge the thing.

No, the headliner is easily removable with the T-top, so not to worry. Those engineers are really thinking this through.
