I have one too, a 2002 MIJ that I picked up in a clearance sale after pining for one for years and years. True story, the first guitar I ever saw that I really wanted a Pink Paisley in the window of Mass Street Music in Lawrence, KS when I was about 11. (Circa 1994). When I saw this '02 for sale I couldn't resist and immediately jumped at the chance. Here's a picture of her:

I'd talked about a pink paisley for years, so there was a lot of play on this baby as I was quite thrilled to have it.

It's in a very close tie with the best playing/sounding Tele I have. It's main competition or perhaps the one that barely beats it is a 1972 black/rosewood board Tele Custom MIJ reissue from 2001. It has the Fender Z-Humbucker in the neck and a Lindy Frailin Steel-Pole custom in the bridge. I know it's probably common to say this, but it does have amazing Keith tone. It's strictly a rhythm guitar with a set of .12's and a wound G, but it's AMAZING at what it does. I'll try to post a picture of it soon.

The Tele is not Pink Paisley and the Pink Paisley is not a Tele!

I can now officially join the Pink Paisley Club. I acquired an 80's RI. Very cool guitar. I really like the neck. I have been looking at them for a long time but finally pulled the trigger.:)

Nice stuff! At least your P90 looks like it belongs there. Mine have a tendancy to look home-made...

Looking to buy one for the boyfriend

Hey, my boyfriend's dream guitar is a pink paisley telecaster. I am short on money but I have plenty of delta miles. Would love to see if someone is willing to trade a ticket on delta to some agreed upon location for one of these dream guitars. Help me make his dream come true!

Gotta admit, it looks better with a maple fretboard. So that's my new neck on the old guitar above.

I joined this holiday season with a 80's Pink Paisley, and has no scratches, dings, flakes, etc. I am going to be enjoying this for years to come!

    Here are the better pictures:

I need to buff up the Brass Saddles a little, as they have some signs of age on them.
