    Hi,
I'm building stratish type electric. I will be direct mounting the pickups for the first time. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the length of the screws?
    Thanks.

    It's not a Strat but uses 3 pickups and I used 3/4"

Currently remaking the pickguard to go with the new wiring harness. Was going for the C325 vibe here and apparently John Hall got in my head, I was an idiot

It's a hoss, 23" scale unlike the 325 21.5, strung like Ricky and 3 GFS Lil Puncher pickups. I wanted the ability to play like a 325. They're switch gives you neck and middle in series ,center position is all, rear is bridge only. Since they used toasters that gives my favorite Strat mod, gnarly humbucker in the neck position. On regular Strats I do the opposite. Just means getting rid of a tone pot, rewiring to master tone and adding a small switch, the 5 way stays. Off on the small switch it works normally except you have bridge tone. Throw the little switch and in position 4 or 5 you a honking bridge humbucker :)

Shorter than the thickness of the wood (IMO).
