I honestly don't think you can go wrong with white, black or tort. Here is my natural (nothing but shellac) ash with black pickguard. I know it has a rosewood board, but everyone likes pics, right?

The pickup is a Mojo UK Wide Range Gpold Foil except that each coil is one of his N-foil pickups. Then the 5-way rotator switch goes from out of phase to the bridge-side coil to both coils in parallel to the neck side coil to both in series. The volume and tone are typical Jazzmaster controls for the rhythm (except the pots are 500k with a 0.022uk cap -- Marc's recommendation). It sounds great and it a lot of fun to play.

ive worked out a nice wiring for one of my offsets...hb p90s...neck n bridge...5 way switch bridge pickup on either 1 or 5...tiny capacitor on usual bridge pos without cap other end....master vol....250k neck blend and tone 500k....hardtailed the strat like tremblock...and the block and bridgeplate are brass.
back and sides painted black over walnut woodstain then rubbed back to make it look aged face of guitar walnut woodstain with a hint of red in it...black pickguard black headstock face bronze tophats...3 of them.
2 solder joints to do then back together she goes
then onto its sister...shes all black and maple fretboard with HS filtertrons..
debating whether to use a tone switch....wired inependant volumes...basically a gretsch wiring job in a jazzmaster shape...again black headstock face

I kelp thinking I was going to do a dark brown dye, but after working with lots of different colors on sample ash, I decided on just shellac. Can't wait for pics of yours!

Will post some as soon as shes built up and running.
body wood is alder..i used rustins dark walnut wood dye then went over that with red car wax let it all dry thoroughly for a couple of months then buffed to a satin sheen.
looks like mahogany. used industrial spray paint for the back and sides...that took an age to dry properly...but its neigh on indestructable.
the other is just black with maple fretboard and black headstock...gold HS filters...gold knobs.
Both rebuilt hodson surfcats...body is bit smaller than jazzmaster...so necks look long on them....nice guitars.
apart from colour they werent bad new....i bought one to mod...complained about a flaw so they kindly sent another free gratis....and told me to as i wished with the first one...win win....the parts i used were just lying round in my bits box so they owe me nothing
my fone doesnt seem to like my computer...tried emailing pics to myself but fone tells me theyre queued....????
    bloody thing!!

Parchment, or tort...I think both would look good with the wood, hardware and white pickups

Whatever your pickguard choice is, get one with the rounded corners so it looks like it's supposed to fit an exposed coil humbucker. Those square cut ones for covered humbuckers always look like someone hacked a hole in the pickguard when an exposed coil pickup is used. Personally, I think dark brown tortoise or cream (vintage ) pearl is a good look for your guitar. However, I can't tell if your pickup covers and humbucker bobbins are cream or white from the pic. If white, I think you're better off just sticking with a white pickguard.

Here's the routing I really like for the bridge humbucker which looks very slick when installed. Unfortunately they are really hard to find as the pickguard makers tend to go with the one size fits all square corner route for the bridge pickup these days.

I second the motion for GreasyGroove...
    https://www.greasygroove.com/

You can get creative and wouldn't need to just stick with the same old boring black or white

    My 2 cents

I use this guitar in church, and a friend bought me the pickguard from GreasyGroove:

    Go with WHITE.
On another note, would you please change your Profile picture. It looks like 'Mother Teresa' but then when I focus in, it looks like Keith Richards, but then I start thinking " why is Keith trying to look like a Nun? All very upsetting.
Is it because you cannot decide if you live in Switzerland or France? Oh well, at least you like TELEs.
