I have an 88 key digital piano for my wife to play. I don’t play, but find it incredibly helpful for visualizing note and chord intervals.

I'd highly recommend Yamaha. They have a decent sound and seem to be quite reliable. They are not the cheapest ones on the market.

I have a Yamaha MOX8 with weighted keys. Sounds great, does a ton of sounds really well, you can split the keyboard and it’s not too heavy. It’s a couple of generations old so you can pick them up reasonably if you look.
