Just got my amps back from amp tech/builder after wish list was completed..joy! tonal bliss!!in order

Thumper-JMP50--1987 circuit now 2204 PPIMV spec on Hoffman board.el34. modded to thump & it is punchy !

45er-JTM45-45 circuit close to original 6l6 bigger tranny.values changed.classic 45 tone but a lil more mid .very tight bottom or classic 45 squish.pedal handler supreme.

UJ the 45-Union Jack Amp(now Rola (verified this with original builder) JTM45 circuit w el34 SS & tube rec..very aggressiveness.this thing can rip things apart without a fizz..so heavily modded to personal taste. Lots of value changes & trial &error. This is my Black Flag

All wiring gone over, solder joints & many hours of tweaks to make the classics personal yet retain what they do originally

From the jtm45 off the bassman circuit to the el34 application 2/SS& tube rec to the plexi..the lineage when you play em right in a row..you hear it but you feel it in your hands, the manipulation of a pretty direct simple circuit & vol & tone riding on guitar..man ..time can get lost playing !!

Very sharp. Forgive me, but why the jumper in the first two inputs?

I’ve been a Marshall guy since a teenager.

Which amp is your favorite and what speakers are in the cab?

can blend the 2 channels..usually gain up on treble channel & then a lil bass added with normal channel or run it on normal channel & it does the bassman thing pretty close.

    thats a good question
    jtm45-no break up..pedals shine
    jtm50-nasty jtm45 with el34 so its right between the 45 &jmp
jmo50-plug in..hard rock from the door

main cab 1960bx celestion g12m 4x12 English-perfect for all of em..allows the amps to hit hard due to less efficiency.the Marshall sound
1960bv jcm800 era gt75&Vintage in X pattern..for heavier use..its an in your face lead & crunch cab but so balanced..jtn45 not so good with it

pick one..my style of music JMP50..if i could have only 1, jtm50 it has shades of all things Marshall in it
These amps have all my other post 2204 circuits being sold except a modded dsl100h for when i need to go modern..the touch sensitivity of these amps makes it so noticeable when you play a pre gain type amp right after it..it is like where did all the texture and pick attack go !

Looks like you’ve got it all covered.

I’m more of an old school Marshal guy. Love JTM and JMP Marshalls. My Astoria Classic fills my KT66 JTM needs and the JMP Master Lead covers the rest. I’m using a J-Rockett Dude and a Greer Lightspeed OD pedals with both amps.
