Basic Audio Scarab Deluxe (Tone Factor Edition).
Tonebender based fuzz with bias control.
    A keeper.

I'm sure there are more of these out there, but I hardly ever see them mentioned.

I've got one of those currently. Got it from another member here actually.

Toadworks Texas Flood. It's my favorite 808-style overdrive.

It's not rare (actually still available), but definitely overlooked: Rocktron Black Rose Octaver. I've not run into anyone else w/ it on their board. I went to buy a Micro POG, but came home with this after A/Bing it w/ the EHX.....it was on closeout; maybe the best $50 I've spent on a pedal! It's not polyphonic and only covers an octave down, but the tone is the best I've heard in an octave pedal-seriously beautiful tone! It Tracks rather nicely monophonically.

Anyone else mad enough to cough up for a Moollon Tremolo? It's an amazing trem, and am so glad I got mine cheap off eBay, but doubt there are too many others floating around given the cost...

    Great thread Telefunken!
I'm gonna include one that got away, the Maxon Rock & Roll dual mode overdrive/distortion. Really regret selling this one as it was a great low gain od and a killer RAT based circuit in one. Similar concept to the Boss SD-2 but both modes were stellar.

Not sure what you mean by that.

Mine however has a reverse color scheme, green base coat with silver or white writing.
