    For those specific pedals, I would lay out:

    Tuner -> Phaser -> Overdrive -> Looper -> Reverb

    The only for sure advice I would give is to put the tuner first, and put the overdrive in front of the reverb. Phaser can be before or after dirt, and you may or may not want reverb in your loops depending on preference.

    I would probably go Tuner --> Phaser --> OD --> Reverb --> Looper

    I'd agree with looper last. Alternately you could have the tuner last, or right before the looper, particularly if it changes how that drive pedal reacts to the guitar volume knob.

    Looper last and preferably in the FX loop if you had one is the best IMO. It lets you have different tracks in the looper have maximum differences, in this case different reverbs or some without reverb on different tracks.

    Having the reverb before the looper doesn't restrict you in any way... having it after the looper restricts you to everything having the same reverb.

    Traditionally, you have them in the correct order. Some will move the phaser as noted above and/or tuner just before the looper.
