I had a mid 80's t-25. Great guitar. My 1st exposure to those great Peavey necks! Cool coil tap circuitry. Yours had a nice looking natural finish. Way cool!!

Great guitars! I own a Natural T-60, a Cherry Firenza (p90s), an Ivory USA Wolfgang Special and a cheapo White Generation EXP.

I just brought this early-90's Predator back from the dead. Refinished, refretted, added a Texas Special in the neck position.
I love this guitar so far. The stock pickups sound wonderful and the next is the easiest-playing of any guitar I own. I am
really impressed. PEAVEY 1.JPG PEAVEY 2.JPG

So are you saying you're looking to sell the HP Special to fund a Tele?

I stumbled upon this forum today while lusting over Peaveys, figured I might as well share the illness.

:D ;) If "lusting over Peaveys" is an "illness" then may God smite me with it...and may I never recover. (Bonus points to those that know from whence I stole that line.) :D

Blowtorch, I love that you chose a towel rack to mount your peavey. Lol.

That's a towel rack? I thought it was some kind of hand rail.;)

Glad to see you fans still carrying the torch on this thread!

Our OP, aka BBB has not been seen around these parts for going on a year. And, his photos in Post #1 are past tense.

Let's keep it rolling with this 1994 Peavey Predator!
(Schaller M6 Mini tuners, and other upgrades have
worked their way into this beautiful, black guitar.)

    Hi

I bought this Peavey Raptor plus from a local antiques emporium yesterday for £5! It was scruffy and the strings need changing as they're rusty!

I didn't think it would work but it was there straight away when I plugged it in to my li'l Vox battery amp!!

It's strange in that when I googled images for Peavey Raptor plus, All the retuns had multiple pickups, Mine has a single hummer, A fake maybe?

    John :)

Looks like a Rockmaster. Entry level guitar. Might have a different neck on there, but pretty sure it's a Rockmaster, not a Raptor.
