Put this together for my brother. Squier Bullet donor body in Sea Foam Green w/mint green pick guard, Musikraft neck, Tone Rider pickups CRL switch, CTS pots w/treble bleeds, and Grover tuners. Its a beast, those pickups are bad ass.
That's the beauty of Leo's design. I does not require remarkable components to work beautifully. On yours, you have avoided any junk parts -- depending on what you used for the bridge, which could be iffy -- and a cheapish body often proves fine for a Strat. The overall look you achieved is terrific, and avoiding a maple neck is a nice plus both visually and when it comes to playing. Nice result!
