My vote goes to Anodized Silver. It would look terrific on that body and stand out from the usual white/parchment/mint guards that are so prevalent. Here's a shot of one on one of my Telecasters:

I've used this seller to buy mine and the product is very high quality and they fit my Fender Telecaster bodies perfectly. I have gold, silver, and matte black versions; all the same quality and fit. You cannot beat the price on these anodized aluminum guards from China and they take a couple of weeks to get here, but it is worth it. I believe these are branded "Kaish" and they even include pickguard screws. You can spend more but these cannot be beat, in my opinion.

Sorry, I just realized your body is a Thinline, so the Kaish guards obviously won't work.

plain white or clear and fill the rout channel. Make a plug from foam, paint it to roughly match the paisley pattern, and clear pickguard

Could do a Gretsch style clear but painted silver on the back. That would look good. I think parchment and black could work as well. Get a couple and swap them out from time to time.

With the diagonal channel rout clear would be pretty hideous. Do they make a Thinline control plate that covers the control cavity on the more Tele tradition?

Anyway, my vote would be a white or vintage pearl.

I'm starting a build project for 2023, a Paisley Blue Thinline Tele. Body is on its way through shipping currently - pic from the seller attached. It's certainly not for everyone but I think it'll be a great looking guitar. I've got a tinted maple neck to partner it.

My question is, what pickguard colour would you go for? Black? White? Something else - maybe Adonized Silver? Such a big decision (not really but it's fun)!
I vote No Guard! Clear is my 2nd choice. Here’s my build:
