There is a short film out that is Otis's whole set at Monterey Pop.
    Great.

This vid features his live performances.
Very few performers could match his in-person excitement.

The Rolling Stones were there at the Monterey Pop show. Afterwards, Jagger said they would not follow Otis on a show for a million dollars.

In the late 60s, you could book any of the top Stax and Motown groups for a high school dance for about $2500.
