This is why if you hear a recording of a concert after you attended it, it never sounds as good as when you were there. Also this is why most people don't hear minor production errors in music, your brain filters out what it doesn't expect.
I thought "stationary' meant that were not 'circling' or rotatingThe circles are stationary.
But I now know the illusion is that the circles seem to follow direction of the arrows...I'm slow!
