This is the third "Terra" model bass that I've built. This bass has quite an earthly theme to it, so that's where the "Terra" model name comes from, perhaps a little pretentious but it works. This one has a couple slight improvements to the previous ones, but nothing major. Overall, I'm very happy with the end result. Here are a few pictures from the build process and of the finished bass.

Very artistic and appealing design, it all works really well together. Beautiful! And you wound the pickups as well?

Thanks! And yes, I wound the pickups myself. Very similar to some Jazz Bass pickups.

    Thank you!

    Meh!

Totally kidding. That's some serious attention to detail, I really like the look of binding the differing woods for front and back make. Lot's of great ideas here.

What a beautiful job! I have all of the makings for my pickup wonder to move into making my own, but my wife "suggested" I might be happier if I waited until we move next summer to our new home, where I will have a dedicated shop that I can set it up permanently instead of commandeering the dining room table!

    Thank you!
Thanks! The dining room table often times seems to lend itself perfectly as a workbench, but possibly a good idea to listen to the wife :D
