OMG, an unbelievable New Amp Day!

    I put a new speaker in a 2xEL84 Laney 112 combo for a guy 10+ years ago. It sounded good before, and awesome after. If I recall correctly the driver that went in was a Ampeg Vintage 12 from a 410 checker board tolex cab I parted out. Still have one left, those made everything sound better to me for a supposedly nothing special speaker. ;)

    I've played a support gig through that amp and loved it. It belonged to the main act, not me. Since then a friend has bought one for recording and for use around the house. Seems a versatile amp. Well done.

    Bought a first year English made one earlier this year and it’s a wonderul amp. Packed full of features for a little 5 watter. Enjoy!
