    I admit I have a Rhythm and noise Jones the weirder the better. BUT.....
    This flavor of music makes me feel so good ,it moves me. I love it to death.

    Jimmy Ray is definitely one of a kind. He has his own style for sure.

    OTOH, I go through periods where I'm listening to nothing but Jimmy Reed. It's the totally natural and undeniable groove.

    Here's a video of Jimmy Reed in Germany - the music is classic, but the video itself is downright irritating - wth were they thinking? Still - haven't seen to many vids of Mr. Reed.



    and here's another low rent vid, a little less than a year before he died in 1976. lots of tech problems in replaying an old tape, but what else do we have...
