I'm jealous. Seriously jealous.
I was a world traveler in my youth, but career and children have kept me in NC for forty years. Finally retired and can move anywhere on the planet. Where does the wife want to go? Deeper into NC, closer to her mother. Sigh.
The thing I most enjoyed in Oz ( besides the women, and that horse left long ago) was the fun loving, non-judgmental attitude that prevailed. I'd move there in a heartbeat.
Best of luck my friend. Or perhaps more appropriately, Good on ya mate.

Just left USA to retire in South Australia. Looking forward to having plenty of time to play guitar or plenty of time to do diddly squat.

my teles. Mex FSR with vintage noiseless pickups, G&L ASAT classic with Seymour Duncan Alico pro iI pickups & mex 75th Anniversary stock.

I do have a few other guitars and a couple of amps to round things out but nothing extravagant

looking forward to this forum and hearing all about Teles.

Jersey Boy in Oz
Welcome!.....
Anybody else think "Jersey Boy in Oz" would make a great title for a Paul Hogan film? ;)

Hey welcome aboard, I’m from nj and worked in Melbourne off and on for parts of a couple of years. Great place, great people.
Gear was ex-pensive in the city shops! But the living was great.
