When they are thawed, their conscious mind will be transfered into a computer so that they can try to explained all the crazy things we did and thought, to set the historic records straight. After which they will be backed up and wiped from memory. Their remains will be on display in a museum for the amusement of children.

The common mistake is to believe that our technological achievements prove that we have evolved intellectually as a species but that's only true for those rare few who actually made those achievements happen. The rest of us? Up until 30,000 years ago when they went extinct Neanderthal man was smart enough to have survived for 170,000 years. Somewhere between 15,000 and 40,000 years ago us Homo sapiens became the only surviving human species with climate scientists and population growth predictions telling us that we most likely won't last nearly as long as the Neanderthals did. Who's more adaptable and will have survived the longest? Unfortunately my money is on the Neanderthals.

You’ll find that we are, as groups, just as gullible, greedy and violent as our ancestors. Of course, some of as individuals rise above common people and are justified in our feelings of superiority.
