I have a guitar gig with the Joel Hofmann Band at Buck’s Backyard in Buda, Tx this evening.
I’m bringing my avatar guitar and Duesenberg Starplayer Deluxe.
I’m going to use my DV Mark “Jakedog” (Frank Gambale) signature amp and Boss ME50 multi effector.
    Should be fun!
I don’t know and haven’t met the bass player.
    Looking forward to it.

I know Ellis and Judi from Fayetteville AR who are in your Kerrville Zoom screenshot. They are part of the 165 alumni of the Wattle Hollow creative weekends, which I’ve attend3d three times. If the Wattle Hollow events resume, you’d probably enjoy the gathering, which occurs in a rustic place between Fayetteville and Fort Smith.

First gig since January (and first gig as a septuagenarian ) coming up at the Harrisville Hotel on Saturday.
Solo and duo with a wonderful singer Sue Wighton.

I'll take my J200, Telecaster and my 63 Brown Deluxe and a lot of harps.

Sounds like fun, Harry! I’m currently planning to retire by next summer, so I’ll have time for events like that. Thanks for the info.

Got a last minute call to play tonight at a local brewery with a buddy. We'll each play a 45 minute acoustic solo set, then team up on the third set to end the night. I'll bring the Martin D-1 for my solo set and the Takamine GB-72 bass for the duo set. Super simple setup; everything goes through one Bose L-1 with a compact mixer. We've used this particular structure for several gigs in the last year and it's always a blast.

The other plus is that it's only a block and a half from my house and we'll be done by 9:30. I should be home and have my gear put away by 10:00!

There have been no gigs around here since September... and none are on the horizon.
I wish I could do my weekly submission to this thread, but sadly I can't.

I've done some studio sessions... do they count?

I did my most recent gig in March 2020. With the current lockdown situation in the UK, I don’t know when there’ll be another, but at this rate the gear is likely to consist of a harp or an accordion!! (Referring to Larson cartoon).

Two shows this weekend. Friday we are doing a two hour freebie in town at one of the local places that is barely surviving 2 state mandated shut-downs. Saturday just across the border into a state that had no shut-downs.

New amp/guitar/mic stand I made out of an old cheapo keyboard stand.

Just got another call to fill in for a cancellation at my favorite local brewery Friday night. It's the three set solo/solo/duo format with my partner in musical crime. Martin D-1 for my solo set, Takamine GB72 for the duo set, all through the Bose L-1. Simple and fun!
