I always wanted one of these, and feel that there's no reason for subtlety in the finish of what is already a wonderful whack-job of a guitar, so gold flake it will be. Why hold back now?

Nice. And I mean that. I too like an outlandish finish on a guitar, and oddball shapes.

The only issue I have with triple pickup guitars is that I will have to lower that middle pickup way down so that my fingerpickes won't always be banging into the top of it.

This isn't really much of a problem because I use just the neck pup exclusively about 75% of the time, and the rest a bridge/neck combination for the things I play.

It's the 'Golden Knobster', and as such, it requires decadent excessiveness.

It makes a bold statement, and I'm just trying to figure out what that is. :)

Thank you for that....but it's still being made and sold ( somewhat ironically, to me. LOL) and mine are not, so one has to wonder.

I remember seeing the inspiration for your guitar at Monkey Wards when I was a pup.
They were always red, in my memory.
    Congratulations!

    Congrats.

    I really like that guitar.

My friend here, Auric Goldfinger, he loves it.

Well, I admire the understated subtlety of its design combined with its audacious knobiness. The tuners do stick out a bit, though, don't they? I imagine Romeo, a little geeky with his hair sticking out, serenading Juliet underneath her balcony with his Roland Cube Street EX, twanging his way into her heart. Perhaps he is singing, "Do I Stay or Do I Go?"
