    That, I won't be knowingly eating. I only eat meat about once a month, beef I think (what ever Rosa's Cafe serves in their tacos).

    As far as semantics, if you eat a vegan or vegetarian diet, then you are a vegan/vegetarian...

    Dessert chefs have been doing "art" food for years. Lately the trend is making things that look like something other than what they are.
    "Illusion Chefs" are amazing..

    I've noticed the use of "plant-based diet" instead of vegan, because vegan implies a whole lifestyle. No judgement, just a fan of meaning.

    It's not the label, it's the way it is conceived of. I've yet to meet a vegan that isn't pretty ideological.

    That's a very good question. I'm not sure what to think of that. Would they call it pseudo soylent green?

    No humans would be killed for that, it's just a matter of where the source cells come from. Anyone hungry enough, under the right conditions probably will.
