I could have sworn I heard she died a few years back. Guess not.
Yikes! That’s awesome.
Who's to say she didn't? Doctors is smart now.
I was expecting the hey mickey song to be played @75 rpm for some reason. Not 78, 75.
I just tried making some of those moves, and I'm stuck in the back door, I'm typing this on my phone. If I can't get unstuck in a five more minutes, I'm calling 9/11. Five minutes later, brinnnngg, 9/11, how may I direct your call? I'm stuck in my back door, after trying some of Mikey's dance moves, and can't get out. 9/11, you should have known better, don't call back.
My wife's in a Zoom meeting so I have to keep the noise down, so I can say that vid is fabulous even with the sound off. How fun!
Amazing dancer and performer. Can't believe she's 75. Edit: She's now 77. Jeez.
Related, Susanna Hoffs had a birthday the other day and posted the below. She's 62, and I believe the pic is current, she did a version of "Here Comes the Sun" in November of '20 and I can't see much difference (https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1550449395155545).
Glad they're both still at it, looking great and staying healthy.
That was wonderful!
A true testament to keeping fit while growing old(er)!
We all should aspire to follow in HER foot steps... or, dance steps!
Very nice positive post!
Toni Basil is a DANCER. She has been her whole life. Most dancers, if they don't have serious injuries, and they keep up their dancing. Stay in great shape along time. Not really all that surprising. Susanna Hoffs looks like she has really taken care of herself also. Probably didn't get/stay involved with drugs and such for too long in their younger years.
